APPOINTMENTS REQUIRED

As much as I would love to offer an open door event with walk-ins, the building is not open to the public which means appointments are REQUIRED.

For security purposes the doors to the building will be locked, which means I will be the one to let people in during their appointment time.

You may bring up to 3 people (including yourself) for this appointment.

Please note that a $10 deposit is required. This payment will go towards the balance of your purchase made. If shopping doesn’t go as planned, your deposit will be refunded.

If you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, please email us 24hrs prior to your appointment time.

Last minute cancellations and no-shows will not be refunded.

WHY IS THERE A FEE TO SCHEDULE AN APPOINTMENT?

Due to an abundance of no-shows, I’ve made the decision to require appointment fees/deposits.  For every appointment scheduled, I make sure my studio space is set up appropriately along with drinks and sometimes delicious snacks. When you don’t show up, my time is wasted. My time is important to me just like your’s is important to you. So make sure you come and enjoy the snacks 😉

 

WHAT IF I NEED TO CANCEL OR RESCHEDULE?

If you need to make a change to your appointment time or cancel, pleased notify me 24 hours BEFORE your scheduled time. Last minute cancellations and no-shows are nonrefundable.

 

WHAT HAPPENS IF SHOPPING DOESN’T GO AS PLANNED?

If you can’t find what you’re looking for during a shopping or sample sale appointment, the deposit will be completely refunded.
