schedule your visit

Why is there a fee to schedule an appointment?

Due to an abundance of no-shows, I’ve made the decision to require appointment fees/deposits.  For every appointment scheduled, I make sure my studio space is set up appropriately along with drinks and sometimes delicious snacks. When you don’t show up, my time is wasted. My time is important to me just like your’s is important to you. So make sure you come and enjoy the snacks ;)

What if i need to cancel or reschedule?

If you need to make a change to your appointment time or cancel, pleased notify me 24 hours BEFORE your scheduled time. Last minute cancellations and no-shows are nonrefundable.

What happens if shopping doesn’t go as planned?

If you can’t find what you’re looking for during a shopping or sample sale appointment, the deposit will be completely refunded.
